Princess Okaye Erute (Mrs) is a seasoned Civil engineering Graduate from Yaba College of Technology with over 12 years’ experience in the Nigerian construction and telecommunication industry.
Her experience span across the Engineering duties from planning, designing (AutoCAD 2D/3D) and overseeing construction and maintenance of structures, telecommunication BTS/MSE site build and facilities management.
She started her career with Pivot Engineering Limited as a Design Engineer working on the then Econet Nigeria now Airtel Nigeria Plc from there I moved to Interkel Nigeria Limited, Wadmus Engineering Limited, Nehemiah Grace Developers Limited etc.
Adegboye Gbemiga Temitope started his career as a Management Surveyor and rose to the Head of Management Department while he was with Jide Taiwo & Co. He had once worked at Federal Housing Authority, Festac Town, Lagos State. He was involved in the The design of 7th and 9th Avenue Layout Plan in Festac Town, Lagos State (A project of the Federal Housing Authority) in 2005 and Lagos Mainland-Badagry Master Plan (A project of the Lagos State Government contracted to Dar-Al-handasah Shair and Partners, London) in 2009.
His background in Urban and Regional Planning gave him an added edge in Estate and Facility Management; He understands planning standards, zoning and human behavior, which are very vital in real estate.
