MEET OUR MD CEO

Samuel Ohwerhoye holds Advanced Diploma in Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Post Graduate Diploma in Management and MBA from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri. Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Registrars (ICIR) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) (Chartered). Full Member of the Institute of Strategic Management (ISM).

Mr. Samuel Ohwerhoye has had eight (8) years experience with manufacturing concerns and about fourteen (14) years in Stockbroking business. Between 1982 and 1990, he worked with manufacturing concerns like G. B. Ollivant Drug Nigeria Limited and Aswani Textile Mills Limited.  In 1990, he joined RIMS Securities Limited, the Stockbrokerage arm of Rims Merchant Bank Limited where he worked until 1995 prior to his employment by CSL Stockbrokers Limited. He worked with CSL Stockbrokers Limited for nine (9) years before resigning to work with ESS Investment & Trust Limited as the Managing Director. Was General Manager, Projects and Strategic Planner with Kolie Mobs Ventures Limited that were involved in the Construction of Nigerian Army Housing Estate, in Kurudu, Abuja, and Yaba, Lagos. He consulted with Olugbenga Olaofe & Company which was appointed by FIRS to carry out verification exercise in 2016.

He is currently self-employed. Consultancy in Capital Market, Construction and Farming, A Financial Consultant to Peace Aid Project (PAP), Abuja – an NGO working in partnership with State Governments and host communities to drive developmental projects funds in Livestocks, Aquaculture farming and presently with Ondo State Government setting a Ranch for Cattle Fattening in Augua, Akoko Ikare, Akure, Ondo State.

He is also on the Board of De-Optimal Chemicals Limited, Valvestock Capital Limited and De-Dynamics TEA Investments & Services Ltd. Sam is passionate about financial empowerment for the youths and it has been a subject he speaks extensively.

Mr. Samuel Ohwerhoye, who was born and brought up in Amukpe, Sapele Local Government Area of Delta State of Nigeria, resides in Lagos and is married with children.
